*Kidz Creek Preschool is for children birth – 4 years old.
Nursery & Toddlers
We have wonderful volunteers who are excited about sharing the love of Jesus with your child by rocking, feeding, and playing with them! Our classrooms are well stocked with cribs, rocking chairs and age appropriate toys. Our babies and toddlers (birth – 24 months) and their parents are greeted at the pager desk by a member of our Preschool Ministry Team. You will be given a pager in the event we need you during the service.
2 – 4 Year Olds
It is our goal in Kidz Creek Preschool to teach our children how to love God and love people! First Look is the curriculum that we use in our 2-4K classrooms but it is far more than “just a Sunday School lesson”! Each month’s curriculum will focus on one of these three Basic Truths: God made me, God loves me, and Jesus wants to be my friend forever. We use cutting edge teaching tools, including video clips, drama, and puppets, to help kids grow in their knowledge & love of Jesus. As we often say, “this ain’t your Grandma’s Sunday School!”. It is our desire that our children grow up loving God and loving church!
Each Sunday our classes begin with activities that introduce our preschoolers to the Bible story for the day. They may play a game, do an art project, or act out the story. This is their small group time in the classroom with their teachers.
Preschoolers also have their very own corporate worship time called “Wee Worship”.
Be sure to check out Small Talk, our way of connecting parents! Small Talk includes weekly Bible story summaries and home activities to reinforce the month’s bottom line. Small Talk will be sent home on the first Sunday of the month and available upon request throughout the remaining weeks.
WEE Worship
We are all created to worship! We believe that preschoolers are not only capable of worship but that they are wired for worship!
Worship is a regular part of our Sunday morning schedule just like our adult, youth, and elementary services. Wee Worship teaches our preschoolers that everything they do can be an act of Worship. Our Wee Worship Leaders reinforce our monthly Bible stories through singing, dancing, drama, sign language, and prayer. We hope to help our preschoolers live out their belief In God in their everyday life.
We are committed to provide a safe, loving environment for your child so that you, too, can have the opportunity to grow in the love and knowledge of Christ by attending adult worship.
