Global

Shining the light of Christ among the people of…

our culture, other cultures and unreached people groups

Why go global?  Jesus commanded His followers to “go and make disciples among all nations” (Matt. 28:19).  And He said that His followers were to be His witnesses to “the ends of the earth” (Acts 1:8).  When we commit to follow Jesus, we sign up to carry out God’s plan for the world.  God has promised to guide you, supply your needs and protect you in this mission.

Unreached people groups.  At Cedar Creek, our global focus is among unreached people groups.  An unreached people group is defined as a people group bound by culture, language and ethnic background with less than 2% Christ followers within the population.  There is no viable church and no resources available to reach this group for Christ unless someone goes to tell them the Good News.
