Life Hurts... God Heals

WHAT IS LIFE HURTS GOD HEALS? 

Life Hurts God Heals is specifically designed for students who have experienced pain or addition including; cutting, drinking, pornography, eating disorders, drugs, troubled family dynamics etc. If you are familiar with the 12 step program (i.e. *Alcoholics Anonymous) then you will understand the basis structure of Life Hurts God Heals.

However, Life Hurts God Heals is an 8 step group targeted program specifically for students in middle school through high school and based on the Beatitudes of the Bible.

This curriculum provides lifelong tools for students dealing with unresolved hurt and pain. The program was written by John Baker, Doug Fields and Megan Hutchinson as a result of seeing the unmet pain of students in their youth ministry at Saddleback Church.

This ministry is now being offered here at Cedar Creek Church with classes offered on Friday evenings from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm in the Youth Ministry Building.
