Community Block Parties

For the Next Generation

This summer, Cedar Creek Church will host free Community Block Parties across the Aiken area to help families get ready for the new school year and celebrate the next generation.

Each party will include free food, fun activities, encouragement, and practical support for students. Kids from preschool through high school can receive a new shirt and pair of socks while supplies last.

We would love for your family to join us at the party closest to you. Come enjoy a fun day in your neighborhood park!

Smith-Hazel Park & Pool

In partnership with the City of Aiken and their Summer Splash Pool Bash, we’re bringing the party to another level!
In addition to free school supplies from community partners and the City of Aiken, each student, from pre-school to high school, will receive a new shirt and a new pair of socks for the new school year.
Wear your bathing suit, bring your sunscreen & towel so the pool and waterslide can keep you cool!
We want to celebrate your family and help you get ready for the school year!

Odell Weeks Park

We’re bringing the fun with a bounce house, a fire truck spray-down, music, and games.
Each student, from pre-school to high school, will receive a new shirt and a new pair of socks for the new school year.
We want to celebrate your family and help you get ready for the school year!

Harrison-Caver Park

This block party features a water slide, music, and games. Be sure to bring a bathing suit, towel, and sunscreen!
Each student, from pre-school to high school, will receive a new shirt and a new pair of socks for the new school year.
We will also provide FREE HAIRCUTS on a first-come, first-served basis. With multiple barbers and cosmetologists, we will provide haircuts throughout the event.
We want to celebrate your family and help you get ready for the school year!
In addition to the hot meal served during the party, this is also the day of the 3rd Saturday Food Pantry Drive-Up through Aiken County, sponsored by Serenity Charity Club. While the Block Party ends at 1 p.m., the food distribution will be from noon to 2 p.m. Limited boxes available. First come, first served; SC residents only; must show ID.

New Ellenton Park

Families are invited to enjoy free food, FUN, and encouragement as we celebrate the next generation.
We’re bringing the fun with a FOAM PARTY and a Fire Truck Spray Down! We suggest wearing a bathing suit and bringing a towel and sunscreen.
Each student, from pre-school to high school, will receive a new shirt and a new pair of socks for the new school year.
We want to celebrate your family, help you get ready for the school year, and remind you that you are seen, loved, and never alone.

Sunday, July 26 is Next Generation Sunday

Kids will have a special celebration in their classes, and all first-time guests will receive a special gift.

We’re a gospel-centered church where people gather each week to worship, grow in faith, and learn to walk with Jesus in the everyday rhythms of life.
